"I accepted Christ in baptism through the Seventh-day Adventist Church because I believe this church to be the true church of Jesus Christ our Savior. I believe that by following the teachings of Jesus Christ I can achieve eternal life.  I can think of no greater blessing than to awake in the resurrection in the presence of God and be reunited with my dear wife. My recent illness made me think seriously about my relationship with God, and visits to me while in the hospital by Pastor Pete inspired me to accept Christ and to be baptized."
